Management Assistance
An important component in the success of new and growing businesses is access to management and technical assistance. The DBC partners with key resources to provide such assistance.

Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University

Available on a one-on-one confidential basis. Discussions may include business plan development, feasibility studies, marketing plans, inventory control and financial analysis and requirements.
